A couple of things as we start the winter season.

#1 - DO NOT leave any empty beer cans in the garbage cans. We as a league cannot afford to be suspended from the rinks because someone cannot follow this. If cans are found, first offense - the team captain along with 2 random players will be suspended for 1 game. Second offense – the team captain and 4 random players will be suspended for 2 games. Third offense – the entire team will be suspended for 2 weeks.

#2 - This is a men's hockey league – meaning no female players. If you bring out a female, she will be asked to leave. It's not personal; it’s just the way it is.

#3 - Any 3 penalties equal a game ejection.

#4 – Read #1 Again. This is serious. The city will suspend the league for 2 weeks, with no money back. That equals 18 games, or 36 teams not playing. If this happens and you’re the offending team, your season will be over. Otherwise – Whichever team(s) is found to be the result of the league receiving a suspension from any arena(s), the offending team(s) will be issued a season suspension.

#5 - There is no intentional body checking. If another player bumps into you or doesn’t move out of your way so you can go around them and you make contact, don’t complain to the refs. This is hockey, not soccer. There might be some contact. But again, this is not condoning checking.
